From passion to profession
Meet Captain Matt - Growing up on the Oregon coast, fishing has always been a fundamental part of my life. The thrill of the catch, the tranquility of the water, and the connection with nature deeply inspired me. This lifelong passion fueled my desire to become a fishing guide and establish Gearin's Guided Adventures. I wanted to share this profound experience and my extensive knowledge with others, creating unforgettable moments on the water for every client.
Gearin's Guided Adventures is fully insured and licensed with the United States Coast Guard and the Oregon State Marine Board. Captain Matt is also certified in First Aid and CPR.
